Licence Quote
To request a quotation please complete the License Archive Form.
Following your submission, a member of the sales team will review your request and be in touch shortly.
Hi-Resolution Footage
Once you've accepted the license quotation and you're ready to proceed, you can request delivery of hi-resolution master footage (if required).
If you have created a Collection, select Request Footage to submit an Enquiry Form — accessed from your My Archive page via the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner of your Collection thumbnail.
Complete the form and, once you've clicked Send, your footage request will be reviewed, and you will receive a quote via email for any applicable technical charges payable for delivery of the footage. Any such technical charges will be in addition to the license fee.
Licence Approval and Delivery
Once your request is approved, you will be notified and the master footage you've requested will be released to your account, located in My Archive under Orders. The license agreement will then be emailed to you along with the invoice for the applicable licence fee and a separate invoice(s) for any applicable technical charges.

Getting Started
Logging In / Password Recovery
- Use the Log In link to access your account.
- If you forget your password, click Forgotten your password and you'll be issued a reset email.
Browsing Content
Steps:
- Access content via the thumbnails on the homepage or via the Match Action, Additional Content or By Club pages in the header section.
- Use filters to find the relevant content categories.
- Click thumbnails to open media records.
Searching for Content
Basic Search
- Enter keywords in the search bar.
- Press Enter.
- Browse results on the results page.
- Use filters (e.g., Team, Year).
- Sort results using the dropdown menu.
Saving Searches
- Click the star icon on the results page.
- Name your search and save it — you can access saved searches by clicking on Manage in the search bar pop-up box.
Viewing Content and Creating Clips
Viewing Media
Use the video player to:
- Play / Pause (space bar).
- Rewind (J), Play (L), Pause (K) at various speeds.
- Scrub timeline.
- Adjust volume.
- Enter fullscreen.
Use:
- Shot list filters to find key moments.
- Annotation search for specific keywords.
- Timeline markers for highlights.
- Frames tab to jump to exact frames.
Creating Clips
- Click the scissor icon .
- Set start and end points — (I) In point, (O) Out point. (N) generates a new clip.
- Rename the clip.
- Click Add clip to collection.
- Repeat to create multiple clips.
Downloading Media
Ordering Clips
- Click Order Clip for Download.
- Track progress via notifications.
- Download from My Downloads.
Creating and Managing Collections
My Collections sits within My Archive and can be used to manage your collection of clips and/or full records. Any number of collections can be created and any number of clips and/or full records can be added to a collection.
Creating Collections
- Find content via search.
- Click Add to My Collection.
- Create a new collection or select an existing one.
- Name your collection.
Managing Collections
- Locate collections within the My Archive tab.
- View, edit, or delete collections.
- Share via public link (optional).
- Order collection for download (as watermarked low-resolution screener).
- Once license terms are agreed, click Request Footage, complete the Enquiry Form and click Send to request delivery of hi-res masters in the desired format.
My Orders and Downloads
- Displays all requested downloads.
- Files are available once processing is complete.
- Select Download and save locally.
- Download speed will depend on file size and your internet bandwidth.
